<Adrian_Spoint> If anyone's there, I invite them to come along, and size up our future "opposition"

[22:58] <GM_narrator> only Livengood

[22:58] <GM_narrator> is there

<Adrian_Spoint> Would he like to come?

[22:59] <GM_narrator> sure

<Adrian_Spoint> If you have to pre-purchase tickets, I do that too. Then I take a siesta, (Jumphip

travel is fatiguing!), and head off to the arena

[23:00] <GM_narrator> you two head out, walking. Livengood you see is carrying a side arm. No, you

usually don't need to prepurchase tickets for Class IIs

<Adrian_Spoint> I ask him if he registered it?

[23:00] *** GM_narrator is now known as GM_Livengood

[23:00] <GM_Livengood> yes

[23:00] <GM_Livengood> of course

<Adrian_Spoint> Great. We head off to watch the match.

[23:01] <GM_Livengood> first thing this morning, before the meeting.

<Adrian_Spoint> That was fast ...

[23:01] <GM_Livengood> actually, before breakfast.

[23:01] *** GM_Livengood is now known as GM_narrator

[23:01] <GM_narrator> ok, off to the match

[23:01] <GM_narrator> you reach the arena.

<Adrian_Spoint> So, what's the match like? Are they of Clan caliber?

[23:02] <GM_narrator> It's of fair size, a building about 4 times the size of the Autry Court gym,

with seating arranged around a central holoprojector.

[23:03] <GM_narrator> The actual battle you find out is being faught out in the country somewhere.

<Adrian_Spoint> OK.

[23:03] <GM_narrator> 7 C-bills each for decent seats

<Adrian_Spoint> We grumble, but pay.

[23:04] <GM_narrator> some guy named Don Patrick vs. some other guy named Marion Russel

<Adrian_Spoint> ??? ok.

<Adrian_Spoint> {Should I recognize the names?}

[23:04] <GM_narrator> You can buy a day pass, good for the rest of the fights today, for only 15

C-bills each

[23:04] <GM_narrator> probably not.

<Adrian_Spoint> I ask Livengood if he's interested

[23:05] <GM_narrator> Although the arena is pretty much full, so they must be well known and/or

popular.

[23:05] <GM_narrator> and/or good.

<Adrian_Spoint> 15 additioal or 15 total?

[23:05] <GM_narrator> In which, the 4pm, or the 4, 5, and 8:30?

[23:05] <GM_narrator> 15 total for all 3. 7 for 1.

<Adrian_Spoint> We already agreed to the 4 oclock; I meant the rest.

[23:06] *** GM_narrator is now known as GM_Livengood

[23:06] <GM_Livengood> sure

<Adrian_Spoint> OK, let's see that they're made of around here.

<Adrian_Spoint> We purchase the day passes

[23:06] <GM_Livengood> sounds good.

[23:06] *** GM_Livengood is now known as GM_narrator

[23:07] <GM_narrator> you enter the arena.

<Adrian_Spoint> Find the seats and sit down, I guess.

[23:07] <GM_narrator> It has stadium seating, and is devided in to tiers of aboiut 40 rows each,

with 3 tiers in the building.

<Adrian_Spoint> Big arena?

[23:08] <GM_narrator> You find a map of the arena printed on the back of the ticket, and using that

work your way towards your seats.

<Adrian_Spoint> ok

[23:09] <GM_narrator> On the concorse under the stands, there are boots selling drink (soda, beer,

bottled water, etc.), hot dogs, pizza, popcorn, pretzles, peanuts, natchos, pickles, candy, etc.

[23:09] <GM_narrator> There are also merchandise booths selling shirts, programs, etc.

<Adrian_Spoint> I avoid those.

<Adrian_Spoint> :)

[23:10] <GM_narrator> once you find your seats, (pretty high up, so that you're almost looking down

on the holomechs from above), you realize that there are also people wandering up and down

through the stands hawking food, drink, and programs.

<Adrian_Spoint> I avoid those too. :)

[23:10] <GM_narrator> Someone asks if you want to buy an illustrated program for a C-bill?

<Adrian_Spoint> I decline.

[23:11] <GM_narrator> ONe of the vendors is selling Timbiqui Dark.

<Adrian_Spoint> { :) You had to do that. I'm tempted to ask him if he can provide 5,000 cases! }

<Adrian_Spoint> No, I need my wits about me for this.

[23:13] <GM_narrator> After a few holoads, one for a hovercar, another for the arena itself, another

for Timbiqui Dark, another for Marlbro Cigerettes, and another for an escort service, the battle

commences.

[23:13] <GM_narrator> {why of course. Timbiqui Dark is the favorite beer of the BattleTech

Universe. Or at least it's the only one mentioned by name!}

[23:13] <GM_narrator> {And no, i do not in any way approve of cigerettes, but it fits in w/ the

scene!}

<Adrian_Spoint> lol

<Adrian_Spoint> well?

[23:15] <GM_narrator> It's a Blackjack vs. a Phoenix Hawk. A very even matched battle.

<Adrian_Spoint> 45 tonners?

[23:16] <GM_narrator> both have 2 LL, JJ, and some smaller stuff. The Phoenix Hawk is noticably

faster, but the Blackjack is better armed, with several SRM-2 systems.

<Adrian_Spoint> interesting

[23:16] <GM_narrator> yeup.

<Adrian_Spoint> What's the battlefield like?

[23:17] <GM_narrator> You notice around the arena displays giving the heat of each, the amount of

jump jet fuel currently available, the current ammunition levels for each, damage sustained, both

in armor and IS, and other such info.

<Adrian_Spoint> If it's open, my money's on the hawk. if it's corridor-like and stuff, the heavy

weaponry should have the advantage.

[23:18] <GM_narrator> The battlefield appears to be rolling hills, with some stands of heavy trees,

and what look like a couple of hardened buildings big enough for the mechs to hide behind.

<Adrian_Spoint> hmmm ... It'll be close.

[23:18] <GM_narrator> The Phoenix Hawk gets first blood, hitting the other's RL with a LL

[23:19] *** Malikan is now known as Trevor

[23:19] <GM_narrator> The Blackjack retaliates by hitting with 6 SRM's spred across the other's

chest.

[23:19] *** Trevor is now known as Malikan

[23:19] <GM_narrator> The Hawk ducks into some woods, and then jumps out, surprising the Blackjack.

[23:19] <GM_narrator> hitting it with a LL and a ML, both to the RA

[23:19] <GM_narrator> It lands behind the building.

[23:20] <GM_narrator> You can see on the display the Hawk now moving around the right side of the

building, away from where the Blackjack is.

[23:20] <GM_narrator> The Blackjack then jumps ontop of the building, from where it can look down

and fire everything at the Hawk.

<Adrian_Spoint> ok ...

<Adrian_Spoint> Ouch!

[23:20] <GM_narrator> The hawk jumps immideatly, but only after it is hit by both LL's and 4 SRMs.

<Adrian_Spoint> Where's the hawk's AMS?

[23:21] <GM_narrator> The Hawk also hits the Blackjack w/ one LL, but everything else misses wide.

[23:21] <GM_narrator> destroying the other 4 SRMs.

[23:21] <GM_narrator> happy?

<Adrian_Spoint> The hawk should never have fallen for that. His radar is not up to snuff.

[23:21] <GM_narrator> sorry

[23:22] * GM_narrator grins

<Adrian_Spoint> :)

[23:22] <GM_narrator> the diagnostic reports show that the hawk is about to loose his LA, while the

Blackjack is beginning to hurt in the RL.

[23:22] <GM_narrator> they both move away from each other, behind some buildings.

[23:23] *** GM_narrator is now known as GM_Livengood

<Adrian_Spoint> {I'm following along in TR3050}

[23:23] <GM_Livengood> I don't think radar is allowed in these things.

[23:23] *** GM_Livengood is now known as GM_narrator

[23:23] <GM_narrator> yeah, i figured that.

<Adrian_Spoint> That could be a problem.

[23:24] <GM_narrator> There is a pause in the battle, while both mechwarriors appear to rest.

<Adrian_Spoint> We're used to full info.

[23:24] *** GM_narrator is now known as GM_Livengood

[23:24] <GM_Livengood> true. We'll just have to learn to fight based on what we can see.

[23:24] *** GM_Livengood is now known as GM_narrator

<Adrian_Spoint> Oh, well. :)

[23:25] <GM_narrator> The display shows the Blackjack quietly backing away from his building, and

moving towards another about 85m away, which he then hunkers down beside,in the shadow.

<Adrian_Spoint> Smart move.

[23:26] <GM_narrator> The Hawk then jumps up, moving to land on a building about 150m to the right

of the one the Blackjack was behind before.

[23:26] <GM_narrator> The Hawk orientates himself to fire on the building, fireing behind it as soon

as he lands

[23:26] *** GM_narrator is now known as GM_Livengood

[23:27] <GM_Livengood> the Hawk aparently thought that he moved quickly, and beat the Blackjack. He

thought that the blackjack was still behind the building, and so fired as soon as he could.

Hhhmmm, we'll have to remmber that speed is life.

[23:27] *** GM_Livengood is now known as GM_narrator

<Adrian_Spoint> sneaky attack tactics

[23:27] <GM_narrator> As soon as the Hawk fires, the Blackjack stands up and fires both LL's and all

4 SRM-2's at the Hawk.

<Adrian_Spoint> We have to watch out for those.

<Adrian_Spoint> Joel, I gotta make a quick run. brb in 5 minutes.

[23:28] <GM_narrator> He hits with everything, blowing off the Hawk's LA w/ one LL and hits

everything else on the chest.

[23:28] <GM_narrator> Ok.

[23:28] <GM_narrator> Welcome Lowyfer_Drowbane

[23:34] <GM_narrator> i brb 2

<Adrian_Spoint> Back when you are.

[23:35] <GM_narrator> whenever u're ready.

<Adrian_Spoint> ok.

<Adrian_Spoint> Suddenly got hit by a case of the runs. Sorry.

<Adrian_Spoint> (too much diet coke -- 4 in one day!

<Adrian_Spoint> )

[23:35] <GM_narrator> btw, bothe Lowyfer_Drowband and Malikan left.

<Adrian_Spoint> I noticed.

[23:35] <GM_narrator> ok. the Hawk's LA goes spinning off

<Adrian_Spoint> ok.

[23:36] <GM_narrator> apparently the Blackjack was thinking quicker, as he stepped back behind the

building before the Hawk could target him. As a result, the hawk's snap shot only melted concret.

[23:36] <GM_narrator> {sorry. Don't drink so much soda!}

<Adrian_Spoint> {lol}

<Adrian_Spoint> (to Livengood) While the speed was important, the tactics proved superior here.

[23:38] <GM_narrator> The hawk moves to jump down and run twards the where the BlackJack is, but

then the BlackJack jumps up, over the building, coming down straight towards the Hawk!

<Adrian_Spoint> Ouch! not pleasant for the hawk ...

[23:38] <GM_narrator> There's a collective ooohhh from the crowd.

[23:39] <GM_narrator> The Hawk looks up, tries to side step, but can't. He stops and raises his arm

and fires a LL and ML at the Black Jack.

[23:39] <GM_narrator> Both hit, but don't seem to do anything more that melt armor.

<Adrian_Spoint> All he's got left, I note.

[23:39] <GM_narrator> The next instant, the Blackjack lands on the shoulders of the Hawk with a

sickening crunch.

<Adrian_Spoint> The Blackjack is still in good shape

<Adrian_Spoint> Ouch!

<Adrian_Spoint> I never enjoy that sound, even when I cause it ...

[23:40] <GM_narrator> You see the Blackjack's RL appear to give out, and the Blackjack falls to the

ground

[23:40] <GM_narrator> But the Hawk is also on the ground. The diagnostic displays report that the

links between the cockpit and the mech body have been crushed. You see the pilot of the Hawk

crawl out of the cockpit.

[23:41] <GM_narrator> The, ever so slowly, the Blackjack rises to its feet, and raises its arms up

in the air in victory.

<Adrian_Spoint> We cheer with the crowd.

[23:42] <GM_narrator> Marion Russel is victorious over Don Pactrick! announces the PA

[23:42] <GM_narrator> The Blackjack begins to slowly limp off of the field. The diagnostic screens

show criticle hits to the knee and hip. It's a wonder that it still has the leg at all.

[23:42] <GM_narrator> 'nl

[23:42] *** GM_narrator is now known as GM_Livengood

[23:43] <GM_Livengood> What do you think?

<Adrian_Spoint> Interesting battle -- I wonder how they compare to Clan Warriors?

<Adrian_Spoint> They seem to have the right skills for combat, but thay make foolish assumptions

<Adrian_Spoint> The Hawk pilot should not have been so fool-hardy -- unless there's some tradition

here I'm not aware of.

[23:44] *** GM_Livengood is now known as GM_narrator

[23:44] <GM_narrator> ok.

<Adrian_Spoint> Nevertheless, the BJ pilot was more ... efficient.

<Adrian_Spoint> o

<Adrian_Spoint> ok

[23:45] <GM_narrator> the holofield is whiped. In a corner is a clock counting down to the next

battle: 42 min. The rest of the field is taken up with still ads.

<Adrian_Spoint> Interesting ...

[23:46] <GM_narrator> what do you do?

<Adrian_Spoint> I excuse myself, and go make a pit stop.

<Adrian_Spoint> :)

<Adrian_Spoint> That seemed to be a fast battle.

[23:47] *** GM_narrator is now known as GM_Livengood

<Adrian_Spoint> Are all Solaris battles that speedy? I thought they took longer, were more drawn

out.

[23:47] <GM_Livengood> they didn't look too bad. I donno. We faced some pretty tough competation

going up agains those Wolf warriors.

[23:47] <GM_Livengood> true, but we don't know the actual conditions they were fighting under.

<Adrian_Spoint> True -- it would be nice to see Clan vs. Solaris warriors pit against each other, I

laugh.

<Adrian_Spoint> (enjoying the irony here)

[23:48] <GM_Livengood> Maybe he's simply a gung-ho fighter. He had a pretty good record.

<Adrian_Spoint> Still, I remember reading a phrase somewhere: You're only as good as your last

battle.

[23:49] <GM_Livengood> well, we have 40 minutes. What shall we do until the next fight?

<Adrian_Spoint> Why don't we look around the arena, see what we can learn?

[23:49] *** GM_Livengood is now known as GM_a_woman

[23:50] <GM_a_woman> excuse me. I couldn't help overhear that you had been fighting on the Clan

border.

<Adrian_Spoint> I look up at her.

[23:50] <GM_a_woman> {you turn around to see a woman who was apparently sitting behind you. She

looks like the picture i sent u}.

<Adrian_Spoint> May I help you, miss ... ?

[23:51] <GM_a_woman> {and is coming in DCC right now, for your convinence}

<Adrian_Spoint> I evaluate her as a warrior would.

[23:52] <GM_a_woman> {wait a sec - did u excuse yourself? You come back to find Livengood talking

w/ the woman about one of his "

<Adrian_Spoint> Thanks.

[23:52] <GM_a_woman> battles" against the Wolf Clan.

<Adrian_Spoint> OK.

<Adrian_Spoint> I walk up and say Hi.

[23:53] <GM_a_woman> Yes, many battles here are either fairly short or extremly long, depending on

the warriors and the situation.

[23:53] <GM_a_woman> Yes, i would pay money to see some clan warriors fighting here, as i'm sure

most of the population would.

[23:54] <GM_a_woman> Yeah, either you're alive or you're not. I'm alive. So apparently are you.

<Adrian_Spoint> "It would indeed be a sight," I agree.

[23:54] <GM_a_woman> {who are you talking to?}

<Adrian_Spoint> "Gina" / Livengood, of course.

[23:55] <GM_a_woman> {she's been talking w/ Livengood for a while. I don't know where u've been...}

<Adrian_Spoint> Taking a leak. I walked up a moment ago and said Hi, remember?

<Adrian_Spoint> You there, Joel?

[23:57] <GM_a_woman> she's about 5'6", maybe 120. Good shape. Appears to have some muscles, and

not much fat. Good looking body. Pretty. You have the picture.

<Adrian_Spoint> Yup.

<Adrian_Spoint> I'm about to get booted again. brb.

[0:14] <GM_Gina> Crane's Crusaders... Wasn't that that small merc unit with the optimistic

commander?

<Adrian_Spoint> Foolishly blind is more like it. I'm surprised you've heard of us.

[0:16] <GM_Gina> I tried to hire up w/ them once. Then my former commander got ahold of me and

opened my eyes a bit.

[0:19] <GM_Livengood> she was a pretty lady talking to a couple of not bad looking mech jocks. I

don't see anything unusual there.

[0:19] <GM_Livengood> eh?

<Adrian_Spoint> Clan vs. solaris.

<Adrian_Spoint> I wonder what such a showdown would be worth ... billions of C-Bills I imagine.

[0:20] <GM_Livengood> i donno. A lot of current Solaris warriors used to be members of the IS

armies, and fought against the clans during the invasion.

[0:20] <GM_Livengood> yeah, probably.

<Adrian_Spoint> Yes, but none of those battles were televised.

<Adrian_Spoint> Well, I have to take a leak.

<Adrian_Spoint> (!!!)

<Adrian_Spoint> {Adrian, not me, Joel :) }

[0:21] <GM_Livengood> go for it. I think the restrooms are over that way

[0:21] * GM_Livengood points left

[0:21] <GM_Livengood> {yeah, no kidding ;)}

<Adrian_Spoint> OK, I imagine nothing too exciting happens in the restrooms ...

[0:23] <GM_Livengood> no, not really. Have to figure out how to flush the tolite, but otherwise...

<Adrian_Spoint> So when I get back, I suggest to Livengood that we give the Arena a look-see, see

what it's like and all.

[0:25] *** GM_Livengood is now known as GM_narrator

[0:25] <GM_narrator> ok. you look around. Think of any fair sized arena you've ever seen. Now add

holoprojectors and some other future-tech devices. There you go.

<Adrian_Spoint> No, I mean the stable areas, the equivalent of locker rooms and such.

[0:30] <GM_narrator> you can't get into those areas. When you try, someone musclebound guy who

might have been a small elemental stoppe you and said:

[0:31] *** GM_narrator is now known as GM_bouncer

[0:31] <GM_bouncer> Sorry fellows, but that's a restricted area. Only the fighters and their staff

are allowed back there.

<Adrian_Spoint> So how do we become fighters, I ask jokingly

[0:32] <GM_bouncer> You join up with one of the stables.

[0:34] *** GM_bouncer is now known as GM_narrator

[0:34] <GM_narrator> you do?

<Adrian_Spoint> sorry -- talking to y grandma for a moment.

<Adrian_Spoint> back now.

[0:34] <GM_narrator> i c

<Adrian_Spoint> OK, we head on back. It should be near time for the next match.

[0:35] <GM_narrator> sure.

<Adrian_Spoint> Is Gina there when we get back?

[0:36] <GM_narrator> A battle between a Wolftrap and a Whitworth

[0:36] <GM_narrator> With your permission, i'm not going to detail this battle.

[0:36] <GM_narrator> No, Gina is not there. There's some old guy in her seat.

<Adrian_Spoint> lol

<Adrian_Spoint> This should be a very intersting match indeed.

<Adrian_Spoint> Off-hand, I'd say they're mismatched.

[0:42] *** GM_narrator is now known as GM_Livengood

[0:42] <GM_Livengood> there's only a 5 ton difference.

<Adrian_Spoint> yes, but for the whitworth's LRM-10, the Wolftrap has an LB-10X and a ML.

[0:43] <GM_Livengood> The Wolftrap has an LRM10 and an LB10X ac, while the Whitworth has 2 LRM10s

w/ artemis 4.

<Adrian_Spoint> there is also a sizeable diff. in speed.

[0:44] <GM_Livengood> The Wolftrap can run faster, but the Whitworth has JJs

[0:44] <GM_Livengood> Yeah, well who ever said life is fair?

<Adrian_Spoint> 43/64/120 jump vs. 61/97/0

<Adrian_Spoint> Oh, well. Let's see what the battlefield is like.

[0:45] <GM_Livengood> I wouldn't exactly call taking a Battlemaster on in my Archer exacly even,

either. There's only what, a 15 ton difference between the 2?

[0:45] <GM_Livengood> <sarcasm>

[0:45] * GM_Livengood grins

[0:45] *** GM_Livengood is now known as GM_narrator

<Adrian_Spoint> Yes, but you had help, and a sizeable advantage in range.

<Adrian_Spoint> :)

[0:46] <GM_narrator> so, with your permission, i'll skip to the conclusion and summary of this

battle.

<Adrian_Spoint> sure.

[0:46] *** GM_narrator is now known as GM_Livengood

[0:46] <GM_Livengood> yeah, but the battlemaster had oh, a ppc and a freakload of MLs. Oh well,

yes, let's see how the battle turns out...

[0:46] *** GM_Livengood is now known as GM_narrator

<Adrian_Spoint> lol

<Adrian_Spoint> {freakload indeed!!!}

[0:47] <GM_narrator> skip about 25 minutes of manuvering and battle

<Adrian_Spoint> ok.

[0:48] <GM_narrator> The terrain was rocky, w/ valleys. The Whitworth had the obvious advantage

with his JJ's

<Adrian_Spoint> ok

[0:48] <GM_narrator> The whitworth won by jumping from vally to valley, keeping his distance, and

hitting the Wolftrap w/ LRM's every chance he got.

[0:49] <GM_narrator> Took a while, but he finally shotgunned enough armor off of the larger mech to

force him down.

[0:49] <GM_narrator> end of battle.

<Adrian_Spoint> Sounds about right for the terrain. The wolftrap's speed was negated.

[0:49] <GM_narrator> The crowd didn't seem to get as much into this battle, and there are noticably

empty seats by the end.

[0:49] *** GM_narrator is now known as GM_Livengood

[0:50] <GM_Livengood> yeup

[0:50] <GM_Livengood> shall we head out?

<Adrian_Spoint> Range and distance is what won this battle.

<Adrian_Spoint> area, that is

<Adrian_Spoint> On the way out I enquire if those two battles were house-sponsored.

[0:53] *** GM_Livengood is now known as worker

[0:54] <worker> No, all the fighers were members of stables, but they were not sponsored by any of

the great houses of the Inner Sphere, if that's what you mean. The House's generally stay away

from sponsoring fighters or stables.

[0:54] *** worker is now known as GM_narrator

<Adrian_Spoint> ok

[0:55] <GM_narrator> There are several nicer resturants around (at least nicer than those in the

Spaceport), and some small shops.

[0:55] <GM_narrator> There are also some medium sized office buildings, and a nice sized park.

<Adrian_Spoint> I suggest we look around for a while, have a stroll in the park, than get some

dinner.

<Adrian_Spoint> sure, just look at the area.

[1:17] <GM_narrator> looks like a typical park

<Adrian_Spoint> ok :)

[1:17] <GM_narrator> trees, grass, benches

[1:17] <GM_narrator> kids playing basketball and soccer

<Adrian_Spoint> Only we never really had the opportunity to do such things in the Clans.

[1:17] <GM_narrator> a lake at one end w/ some ducks swimming in it.

[1:17] <GM_narrator> a public swimming pool at the other.

[1:18] <GM_narrator> Some picknic areas inbetween, even a short (1/2k) jogging/exercise track.

<Adrian_Spoint> WE feed the ducks.

[1:18] <GM_narrator> Welcome to the IS, Nova Captain Adrian Spoint :)

<Adrian_Spoint> lol lol lol

[1:19] <GM_narrator> (i donno, what's smaller than a C-bill?)

<Adrian_Spoint> {good enough for me!}

[1:19] <GM_narrator> It's now shortly after 6 pm.

<Adrian_Spoint> I comment to Grell, it's hard to still see the war as glorious when you

[1:40] <GM_narrator> the terrain is a lightly wooded stream bank.

[1:40] <GM_narrator> p. 146 and 142

[1:40] <GM_narrator> There seems to be a fair crowd, although not as large as was for the 4pm

battle.

[1:41] <GM_narrator> The old guy is sitting behind you again.

<Adrian_Spoint> Looks like a good match. I'd give a slight edge to the Ostsol if the terrain

is kinda clear.

<Adrian_Spoint> We grin at him as we sit.

[1:41] <GM_narrator> he ignores you.

<Adrian_Spoint> I take that back

<Adrian_Spoint> I'd give a slight edge to the Ostsol if the terrain is lightly wooded..

[1:42] <GM_narrator> The match turns out to be a bust.

<Adrian_Spoint> huh?

[1:42] <GM_narrator> Neither mechwarrior appeared to know what they were doing - the Ostsol

tripped crossing the stream, and damaged its L knee actuactor

<Adrian_Spoint> huh??!

<Adrian_Spoint> Boo!!

[1:43] <GM_narrator> The GD tried to rush it, but couldn't hit to save its life.

from which it turned and fired at the GD

<Adrian_Spoint> I joke with Livengood, what say we ask for our money back?

<Adrian_Spoint> ok

[1:44] <GM_narrator> In a fit of inginuity, took out the Ostsols injured leg, then fired

into the trees above the injured mech, causing a big one just above it to break in half,

and swing down and topple the Ostsol.

<Adrian_Spoint> I just laugh.

[1:45] <GM_narrator> The Ostsol seems down, and the match is declared over, with the Grand

Dragon declared the winner.
